We’re currently looking for a** User Researcher**, to join one of our biggest teams inside a **multinational company, **playing a key role in creating useful and usable products & solutions and understanding user needs.

**-What will your day to day be like?-**

You will:

- Understand business needs in order to **design the research strategy**:

- **Design, plan and execute** research plans for different projects at different stages of development, choosing the best methodology (quali or quantitative)
- ** Analyze and report** research findings (user behavior) to different stakeholders
- ** Evangelize** user-centered thinking and research best practices to reinforce a culture of informed, data-driven, and empathetic decision-making
- ** Shape and evolve** our user research processes and best practices, and help upskill other team members so that our collective expertise and understanding grows
- Work in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, UI and other UXRs to a**ddress user-centered opportunities **in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

**-What are we looking for?-**
- 2 to 4 years of experience conducting **user research and usability testing **for digital products or solutions
- Deep understanding of **Human Centered Design methodologies**:

- **End-to-end **experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle
- Ability to lead **workshops**, ideation exercises and product and service definitions
- ** Degree** or higher in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, Design or equivalent field
- Excellent written and spoken** English **and** Spanish**:

- ** Strategic mindset.** You can find a balance between user and business needs and identify opportunities that can result in new revenue streams
- Good **organization skills** to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Care about **accessibility **and **inclusive** design
- Great **team player**
