Description and Requirements

Opportunity for an enthusiastic, flexible Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a fresh and engaged Marketing team in a hybrid role at our Camberwell office. You will use your strong digital marketing and paid media skillset, and understanding of the digital landscape, to drive customer growth on new and existing digital channels.

About the role
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator reporting to the Head of Digital and Content, this key role is responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives at Junior Adventures Group (JAG).

Create

Create and deploy data-driven digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that build brand awareness and increase customer acquisition and retention
Create, edit, schedule, and publish organic social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, and website content across our various brand domains
Work closely with the Marketing Executive to create effective and on-brand campaigns that meet the brief, and develop and deliver social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), Google Ad campaigns (search, display, YouTube), and SEO campaigns

Support

Support the implementation of tracking end-to-end campaigns to provide accurate measurement of marketing activity and ROI
Support the Marketing Executive on the creation of HTML5, videos, stories, whitepapers, blogs, and other content and media assets for digital campaigns
Support UX and UI changes across the customer journey to remove frictions and improve customer online experiences
Monitor and maintain digital channels to ensure operational effectiveness, including managing any community engagement

Collaborate

Collaborate with paid media agencies to review and perform regular optimisations for all campaigns and channels, including identifying trends
Collaborate with the wider team to identify audience and targeting opportunities, including location, affinity, user behaviour, retargeting, and lookalike
Collaborate with the wider team to split test content, ideate, and use CRO to continually improve interest and engagement with content and campaigns
