The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns for new clients, driving business growth and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with new clients to create and implement performance marketing strategies.
- Analyze client needs and objectives, providing targeted solutions to drive results.
- Manage a high volume of potential clients daily, via phone calls, to onboard and develop effective campaigns.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent, with a focus on Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
- 1-2 years of sales and/or online advertising experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals.
