We are seeking a guide Outsourcing Delivery Lead to join our Outsource Management team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of services and leading vendor relationships. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining efficient delivery processes, supervising outsourcing access management, leading contracts and invoicing, and chipping in to strategic approach. Additionally, you will provide leadership and support your team and actively participating in the recruitment process. **Your Role Within Our Kingdom**
- Act as a representative and blocking issue point for Development Services partners, customers, and issues.
- Develop a framework for vendor delivery processes and define effective account management procedures.
- Follow King's risk assessment guidelines regarding outsourcing access to internal information and tools.
- Evaluate outsourcing access requirements, define and implement user roles accordingly, and process new access requests.
- Support outsourcing teams by resolving their access and technical issues.
- Provide regular status updates and efficiently communicate incidents that may affect outsourcing services to both outsourcing and King teams.
- Implement processes for vendor contractual management.
- Process new contracts and contract amendments, lead contract renewals, raise purchase orders, and register new vendors.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery to establish an efficient communication flow between teams for outsourcing contractual management and vendor onboarding.
- Be responsible for the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, conducting research on potential vendors that align with King's requirements.
- Conduct service reviews with internal King teams and external partners.

- Play a proactive role, working closely with key collaborators to identify and select top talent for the team.
