Carry out to SOP’s, SLA’s and departmental training guideline.
Assuring diligent manage effectively, providing timely responses, with courtesy and professionalism, taking full ownership of customer (internal and external) inquiries and needs by any communication channel available and identifying and assess customers'' needs to achieve happiness and activities to appropriate departments
Build balanced relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Work on assignments/projects as part of a team.
Maintain daily customer service reports.
Inform proactively to customer of deals and promotions
General office duties required
