Position: Part-Time Administrative Intern
Location: Barcelona
Duration: immediate start (Flexible, 3-6 months)

About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking to gain valuable experience in the fashion and manufacturing industry? Noize Design Studio is seeking an Administrative to join our team.
In this role, you will manage and support our teams in various aspects of our day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and contribute to the success of a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with notifications of generalitat de Catalunya, payment of taxes, payments of salaries and invoices.
- Support the coordination of meetings in our office, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Help manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with basic tasks, such as monthly expenses reports
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to business administration, fashion management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
