Application Support Analyst

**Posición Objetivo**
Buscamos un/una Analista de soporte de aplicaciones para nuestro departamento de Gestión de productos. Ubicada en nuestro centro de trabajo en Coslada, la persona seleccionada supervisará la instalación y el mantenimiento de aplicaciones de software IoT (internet de las cosas) con el fin de agilizar las operaciones comerciales. Incluyendo la optimización del rendimiento de las aplicaciones de software IoT Edge y Cloud y la realización de procedimientos de depuración.
Además, apoyará al soporte de primera línea y a los ingenieros y equipos de desarrollo con problemas de soporte de aplicaciones y monitorizará de cerca los sistemas clave que reaccionan a los incidentes de manera proactiva.
**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Mantenimiento de la plataforma personalizada de front-end
- Creación y mantener documentación funcional
- Realizar pruebas de aplicaciones
- Identificación y replicación de problemas de software proporcionando en su caso una solución provisional al problema.
- Proporcionar soporte a través del sistema de ticketing, correo electrónico y teléfono
- Proporcionará formación y apoyo a nuestro personal interno y distribuidores
- Servirá de enlace con empresas de terceros para cumplir con los requisitos comerciales
- Investigación y diagnóstico de fallos y errores del sistema
- Soporte a los clientes en cuanto a la configuración y operación de los productos.
- Colaborar con las pruebas de nuevas versiones de software.
- Mantenimiento y actualización de problemas de clientes tras un lanzamiento de software.
- Mantener y mejorar el conocimiento del software.
- Reporte del progreso de las actividades en curso al Gerente de Soporte.
- Comunicación de fallos detectados y su solución a otros miembros del equipo de Soporte e Implementación.
- Recomendación al Gerente de mejoras a la operación de soporte.
- Administración de tarifas de datos (dispositivos edge sim)
- Mantenimiento de cuentas de clientes (portal en la nube)
**Cualificación**:
- Grado (Licenciatura) en Ingeniería informática.
**Competencias clave**:
- Experiência probada como analista de soporte de aplicaciones con experiência de dos a cuatro años.
- Experiência con la aplicación Microsoft Office
- Se requiere experiência y comprensión de la programación de software (por ejemplo, JavaScript, C#, Python)
- Conocimiento moderado o avanzado de la creación/ejecución de API (interfaz de programación de aplicaciones).
- Dominio del inglés; se valorarán otros idiomas europeos, ya que prestará apoyo a una red mundial.
- Atención a los detalles y habilidades para resolver problemas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas con la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas
- Capacidad de transmitir información técnica a usuarios no técnicos y obtener las necesidades de los clientes
- Orientación al cliente y con capacidad para trabajar con plazos.
- Autónomo pero con gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Actitud proactiva
- Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 30% del tiempo total.
