**Regulatory Compliance Analyst - Product Governance & Consumer Protection (Openbank)**

**Mission and responsibilities**:
The main tasks of this position will be the following:

- Provide support to the different areas in their duties, ensuring an adequate product and service commercialization risk management and control during the life cycle (design, commercialization, post-sale) for Spain and other geographies.
- Before the commercialization of any new product or service, ensure the appliance of the required proceedings for product approval, in order to assess and mitigate potential compliance (conduct and reputational) risks from a double bank-client perspective.
- Periodically monitor all available channels to ensure that transactions follow applicable, relevant and updated conduct standards and regulatory requirements for each product or service.
- Periodically monitor products and services commercialization, ensuring that consumer protection principles are being followed.

**To be successful in the role you must have**
- University or Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
- +2 or 3 years of experience in similar positions, a relevant part of which should have been dedicated in a Regulatory Compliance or Internal Audit team of a financial institution or in a reputed law or consulting firm.
- High communication skills, being able to efficiently interact with other Openbank areas (e.g. business and product teams, data, technology, and other control and support functions for both Spain and other geographies).
- Storytelling in written documents, being able to prepare Conduct and Regulatory Compliance reports towards the Management team, Supervisors and Regulators.
- Proficiency in English
