**Responsabilidades**
- Role Model en seguridad, asegurar unas operaciones seguras, mediante una organización orientada a la prevención de los riesgos. Asegurar las condiciones de trabajo y comportamientos seguros.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento legal.
- Asegurar una gestión sostenible y respetuosa con el medio ambiente.
- Participación en el Comité de Dirección de la Planta, dando el soporte en el traslado de las decisiones estratégicas de negocio a su área de influencia asegurando su comunicación efectiva.
- Establecer un perfecto entendimiento de las necesidades de los clientes y su relación con los parámetros críticos de proceso.
- Asegurar la perfecta programación y entrega de los productos y servicios según los criterios de calidad.
- Establecer un alto nível de control de proceso.
- Asegurar una alta explotación de los activos mediante una rigurosa aplicación de estándares de trabajo.
- Asegurar una alta disponibilidad de los equipos mediante la aplicación rigurosa de unas rutinas de mantenimiento de alta eficacia y de óptimo coste.
- Identificar las oportunidades de mejoras técnicas adecuadas para mejorar los procesos.
- Asegurar los costes de producción e identificar sistemáticamente las oportunidades de mejora. Identificar y eliminar sistemáticamente las fuentes de desperdicio.
- Asegurar el disponer de la organización adecuada en cuanto a las personas, su capacitación, motivación y desarrollo.
- Asegurar el conocimiento técnico en base a los estándares de la compañía.
- Establecer un plan de mejora continua, enfocado a la consecución de los objetivos y la eliminación de las pérdidas.
**Requisitos**
- Formación de Ingeniería Industrial o similar. Se aceptarán otras formaciones (Ingeniero Técnico, Técnico Alimentario, etc.) con la experiência suficiente.
- Español fluido imprescindible
- Inglés fluido imprescindible
- Experiência previa en unidades de proceso industrial continúo
- Experiência en gestión de equipos y orientación a resultados
- Experiência en sistemas de mejora continua / Lean thinking/ TPM
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas de gestión operativa
