Estamos buscando al futuro **Methodology & Student Coach** que quiera unirse a un equipo que sueña con cambiar la manera en la que las personas aprendemos. 2023 llega a Ucademy con muchos retos y queremos que nos ayudes a superarlos

El sector educativo no evoluciona ni aprovecha el poder de la tecnología para maximizar las oportunidades de cada estudiante de sacar todo su potencial, y de esto nace Ucademy.

Y para ello, ofrecemos un método de estudio flexible y 100% personalizado a través de una plataforma que aprende de los aciertos y fallos del alumno para recomendar qué camino seguir día a día

Somos 3 ingenieros apasionados por la tecnología y la educación con varios proyectos emprendidos. Hace algo más de un año decidimos dar el paso adelante (una vez más) y ofrecer una manera diferente de aprender.

**En nuestro primer año**:
1) Hemos ayudado a 2000 alumnos, este por supuesto es nuestro objetivo principal y en donde queremos que tú también seas parte de ello.

2) Facturar más de 1M€

3) Hemos crecido de 4 a 58 personas y tu si quieres puedes ser el 59

Pero somos muy ambiciosos y no nos gusta conformarnos por lo que este año el reto es implementar la estrategia de expansión abriendo oficinas en Latinoamérica y lograr formar una comunidad de +12000 alumnos y +1000 profesores.

**¿Qué estamos buscando en un Methodology & Student Coach?**

Estamos buscando alguien que acompañe a los alumnos de Ucademy en todas las fases de los cursos y apoyarlos a que logren los mejores resultados, además de sumarse al reto de ser parte de un equipo que le gusta asumir riesgos, adaptarse a los cambios y es amante de la innovación.

Si te gusta el proceso de acompañamiento creativo e inspirar a que cada persona saque su máximo potencial tanto personal como profesional, este es tu sitio, el bienestar de los alumnos va a ser tu prioridad.

**¿Cuáles van a ser tus responsabilidades?**

**Crear y construir** un sistema lógico de modelos de entrenamiento para los alumnos, tu objetivo va a ser que mejoren los resultados en cada examen a realizar. _Apunta alto y dispara a las estrellas, serás un inconformista y vas a lograr superar los objetivos._

**Organizar **sesiones de coaching con los diferentes grupos de alumnos para mejorar su rendimiento, focalizar el estudio y maximizar el tiempo que utilizan. Si te gusta enseñar y acompañar a las personas a sacar todo su potencial.. Aquí está tu lugar _“Nos gusta ser la mejor versión de nosotros mismos en todo lo que hacemos, tú serás pieza clave.”_

**Definir y diseñar **todos los materiales que sean necesarios para que los alumnos mejoren los resultados. Vas a definir diferentes planes de estudio con el fin de adaptarnos a las necesidades de los alumnos. _Somos diferentes, así como lo oyes por lo que tu creatividad para idear, innovar e implementar nuevas metodologías es indispensable_.

**Definir** la estrategia y recursos necesarios para cada formación. Vas a ser responsable de indicar que materiales son indispensables para cada curso y determinar cuál es el tiempo (aprox) que tiene que estudiar el alumno como mínimo para lograr los objetivos deseados. _No perdemos de vista el detalle, así que todas las mejoras que puedas hacer lo vemos fundamental._

**Generar **una prueba inicial con el fin de medir todos los conocimientos previos y en base a esta desarrollar los planes de estudio focalizados a cada alumno. _Todo lo que veas que puede funcionar para que los alumnos sean más productivos y disfruten del estudio, tú serás el responsable._
