**Job Summary**:
The Global Marketing Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing ClearCorrect’s brand image across multiple platforms, both internally and externally. This individual will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that align with the company’s vision and strategic goals. A proactive communicator and strategic thinker, the Manager will oversee global content creation, brand narrative development, media relations, and messaging across traditional and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Internal Communications:_
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure ClearCorrect’s vision, initiatives, and updates are effectively communicated to employees globally.
- Create content for internal newsletters, intranet updates, and leadership communications to foster alignment and engagement.
- Partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support internal campaigns and employee engagement activities.
- External Communications:_
- Lead the creation and implementation of global external communication strategies, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to manage media relations and maintain a positive public image.
- Coordinate and execute communications related to product launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate announcements.
- Work closely with Corporate Communications as well as regional, local and Enterprise solutions teams to ensure the seamless implementation of global communications strategies and programs.
- Brand Messaging:_
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and other promotional materials to align with global brand standards.
- Collaboration:_
- Work closely with product marketing, education, and sales teams to align messaging with business objectives.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize content and tailor communications strategies to different markets.
- Measurement & Reporting:_
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality, impactful content across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a high level of attention to detail and clarity.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Solid understanding of SEO practices and experience with analytics tools.
- Strong creative vision with a demonstrated ability to build brand loyalty through content.
- Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects independently.
- Strong strategic planner with the ability to connect content to overarching business goals.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.
- Knowledge of the orthodontic or dental industry is a plus.
