Estamos buscando un Sales Manager para uno de nuestros clientes del sector FMCG (maquillaje, perfumes, artículos de cosmética y cuidado de la piel), líder a nível mundial, para el mercado de Iberia, con vocación a la venta y habilidades de liderazgo.
Principales responsabilidades
Trabajar estrechamente con el socio externo para impulsar las ventas en el canal farmacéutico. Incluyendo:
**Gestión de Equipo**: selección, rendimiento y formación, estableciendo sus objetivos.
Viajes frecuentes (mínimo 40% del tiempo).
Distribución y rutas (apoyo especial para abrir nuevos clientes).
Comunicación e implementación de planes comerciales, seguimiento de los KPI.
Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de marcas para desarrollar el plan comercial del canal.
Nuevos lanzamientos y promociones.
Asegurarse que el equipo dispone del material necesario para realizar las ventas.
Informar al equipo de marcas y al director comercial de lo que ocurre en el canal para tomar medidas correctivas en caso necesario.
Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de formación de las marcas para garantizar la formación adecuada del personal de ventas y de los farmacéuticos cuando sea necesario.
Desarrollar, junto con el director de marca y el director comercial, la estrategia y los planes farmacéuticos, estando al corriente de las oportunidades del canal.
Recoger las opiniones de los ejecutivos de ventas.
Impulsar la innovación y la mejora continua en el canal.
**Requisitos**:
±15 años de experiência en Ventas y Trade marketing en marcas dermocosméticas en canal farmacia.
Compresión de la dinámica del canal.
Experiência en diseño e implementación del plan promocional.
Capacidad demostrada para definir y aplicar una estrategia de ventas y demostrar el éxito comercial.
Excelente conocimiento comercial y comprensión del punto de venta.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
Dominio de Microsoft PowerPoint y Excel, análisis de ventas y modelos analíticos.
Dominio del inglés.
