**_What you’ll be doing?_**
- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
- You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador

**Requirements**:
**_ What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?_**
- **A** fluent level of **_Polish_** with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- High level of English (Both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving

**Benefits**

- **Contract**: Permanent contract (1-month probation period)
- **Full-time**: 39 hours/week
- **Working days/Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 18:00 pm
- Friday, 9:00 am to 17:00 pm
- **Salary**:€16,500 per year
- **Holidays**:24 per calendar year
- **Hybrid**:2 days from the office / 3 days working from home
- **Training**:2 weeks (Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 18:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 17:00h)
- **Start date**:03 of July, 2023
