ZUR POSITION

Planung, Umsetzung, Auswertung und Optimierung von Onsite Sales Aktionen (wie z.B. Couponing) und Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Conversion Optimierung unter Berücksichtigung der Maximierung von Umsatz, Effektivität und Profitabilität für den Kanal Online
Selbständiges Umsetzen, Steuern und Optimieren der Onsite-Personalisierung durch Analyse des Kundenverhaltens
Aussteuerung des Angebotsportfolios nach optimaler Preis-Absatz-Relevanz - vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen Marktentwicklungen, Kundenbedürfnissen und Veranstalterstrategien
Sicherstellen Tracking der umgesetzten Onsite Maßnahmen
Monitoring und Reporting der definierten KPIs zur Bewertung sowie entsprechende Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
Erstellen von Reports, Analysen, Präsentationen sowie Verbesserung der effizienten Erstellung und inhaltlichen Relevanz dieser Reports
Eigenverantwortliche Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und Schnittstellen der TUI Deutschland GmbH (z.B. CRM, User Experience, Web Analytics, Product Management (IT), Trading, Marketing, Legal, TCO) und anderer Quellmärkte zur Beratung sowie Aufnahme und Berücksichtigung der touristischen Bedürfnisse an den Kanal online
(Internationales )Projektmanagement (Leitung/Mitarbeit)

ZU DIR

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften/BWL, Marketing, E-Commerce) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im E-Commerce Bereich (idealerweise in den Bereichen Couponing und/oder Personalisierung) erforderlich
Kenntnisse in Webanalysetools ,Jira, Confluence, MS Office Systeme
Gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
Innovationsfähigkeit und Trendgespür
Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer
Erfahrungen im Projekt
- und Stakeholdermanagement
Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
