**Jobübersicht**:
Diese Position ist für Produktmanager im Bereich E-Mobility Charging Inlet. Es handelt sich um einen erfahrenen Produktmanager, der sowohl die Produkt
- als auch die Marktstrategie auf regionaler und globaler Ebene innerhalb des Power and Signal Teams verwalten wird. Der Produktmanager wird alle Aspekte einer Produktlinie verwalten, von der Entwicklung neuer Produkte über die Herstellung und Preisgestaltung bis hin zum Marketing. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Optimierung, Verbreitung und Innovation von Produkten und Kundenanforderungen. Darüber hinaus koordiniert er weltweit mit dem globalen S&P-Team die globale Produkt-, Betriebs-, Markt
- und Kundenstrategie. Verantwortlich für die gesamte Produktstrategie, die Geschäftsleitung und die Kapazitätspläne zur Erreichung der Umsatz
- und Bruttomargenziele (oder Standardmargen).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Untersuchung von Markttrends, Nachfragetreibern, Kundenbedürfnissen, Branchentrends und der Wettbewerbslandschaft
- Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen und Benchmarking
- Bereitstellung von Materialien zur Unterstützung der Markteinführungsstrategie, einschließlich der Strategie für Vertriebskanäle und Partnerschaften
- Zusammenarbeit mit F&E und dem operativen Geschäft bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte, um aktuelle und zukünftige Kundenanforderungen zu erfüllen.
- Verwaltung des Produktlebenszyklus durch Bereitstellung von Produkttrendanalysen
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Erreichung von Strategien und Zielen in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Technologie und Betrieb in Übereinstimmung mit den finanziellen Zielen.
- Regelmäßige Datenanalyse zum Verständnis von Trends, Kunden
- und Regionalsegmentierung.
- Entwicklung der Marktstrategie PBP (Product Business Plan)
- Umsetzung der Preispolitik in Abstimmung mit dem Senior Manager, Product Management
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung des jährlichen Betriebsplans (Umsatz und Brutto
- oder Standardmarge)
- Vorbereitung von Finanzanalysen zur Unterstützung der Einführung neuer Produkte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, dem Vertriebsteam, dem Kundendienst und der Anwendungstechnik vor Ort bei der Produktentwicklung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung bei der Analyse von Produktkosten und Bruttomargen, um Kostenfaktoren zu verstehen und die Margen zu erhöhen
- Teilnahme an und Leitung von globalen Strategieinitiativen
- Vorantreiben von Portfolio-Entscheidungen auf der Grundlage der globalen Strategie, um die Effizienz zu steigern und die Gewinnspannen zu erhöhen

**Was Sie mitbringen sollten**:

- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Elektronik oder Mechanik
- Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Elektromobilität
- Sehr gutes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Offenheit für innovative Ideen und Thought Leadership, ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und ein Auge für Details
- Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement und/oder B2B-Marketing
- Kenntnisse von TE Project oder SAP wünschenswert
- Proaktiver, dynamischer Teamplayer, der unabhängig und nahtlos interne, externe und funktionsübergreifende Aktivitäten innerhalb der Organisation übernehmen kann
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) in Englisch erforderlich
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen
