**Intro**

Nous sommes une Fintech B2B, basée à Barcelone avec son siège en Suisse, qui développe des technologies de paiement puissantes pour les professionnels dans toute l’Europe, avec l'objectif ambitieux de révolutionner l'avenir du commerce en ligne. Nous sommes spécialisés dans la conception d'infrastructures de paiements 100% sécurisés pour deux business modèles : les professionnels de l’automobile et les marketplaces, afin de leur permettre de développer leur activité en toute sécurité.

Le secteur des places de marché en ligne est en plein essor, ce qui permet à notre Fintech CashSentinel d’être en pleine évolution_. _Pour nous aider dans cette aventure, nous recherchons une **personne talentueuse **et **dynamique** désireuse de **faire la différence **et dévouée à l'excellence et au travail. **Les missions**
- Gérer un portfolio de clients (enregistrement sur notre plateforme, KYC, suivi des contrats digitaux)
- Contribuer au développement de l’expérience client et les relations de confiance
- Réaliser les tâches quotidiennes selon les procédures internes
- Participer à la lutte contre la fraude et le blanchissement d’argent en accord avec la loi européenne
- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et contribuer au développement de nos plateformes et des processus
- Gérer des projets individuels et en équipe

- Vous êtes :_
- **Flexible** et à l'aise dans des environnements en évolution rapide
- **Méticuleux **et avez une forte capacité à rester concentré
- **Organisé **et capable de gérer diverses tâches en parallèle (multitasking)
- Vous aimez :_
- **Avoir un impact** sur l’entreprise pour laquelle vous travaillez
- **La relation client** : comprendre leurs besoins et résoudre leurs problèmes
- Vous **savez faire face à l’inattendu** et vous adapter pour trouver des solutions
- Vous disposez d’une expérience dans un rôle de support clients (min. 1 an)
- Vous parlez français (**langue maternelle**), oral et écrit. L’allemand est un atout majeur
