- Commercial Bank products expertise and proven track record of setting up new business from scratch.
- Ability to engage stakeholders across different geographies and divisions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, a third language is desirable.

**What will you do?**:
- Help identify and capture largest business opportunities in the regions / countries (e.g. agro, green buildings) in Retail and Commercial Banking.
- Define and support commercial green finance strategy, plans and framework, jointly with the Regions.
- Push green finance global businesses leveraging “Green factories” to create new business opportunities.
- Populate and embed a common green business culture across businesses.
- Ensure that across the Group, Santander plans are fulfilled to expand green product offering to address customer needs across segments, including.
- Transfer customer engagement capabilities/expertise.
- Cross-fertilize businesses with best-in-class commercial initiatives.
- Engineer economies of skill exporting in-country expertise and best practices.
