**SBGM is looking for a **FC Ops Trade Finance Analyst **, based in our Boadilla office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **FC Ops Trade Finance Analyst **, you will perform AML Checks on the SCIB Trade Finance transactions coming from the different Geographies (CE, NYB, SLB, Spain, etc) as a pre-deal check before the transactions are set up in the systems. The Trade Finance (TF) Analyst will be mainly responsible to ensure efficient identification of ML/TF risks such as sanctions and relevant AM linked to the intervening parties involved in the transaction, high risk goods, DUG or risks related to the vessel's route

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Complying with the Global Policies and Procedures in terms of AML&TF
- Reviewing Trade Finance transactions
- Monitoring Shipping Routes involved in the deals
- Communicating and managing BAU workloads with local Front/Middle Office teams
- Escalating AML risks to local RACs
- Proposing changes in procedures and processes to reach efficiencies

EXPERIENCE

Desirable Minimum 2 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering across some or all of the client lifecycle to cover CDD/KYC at on-boarding, client screening, payment screening or transaction monitoring.

EDUCATION
- Degree in ADE and/or Law
- Desirable CAMS certification or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- A background in either internal control, quality assurance or audit.
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly in Excel and Power Point. Experience using tools such as Dow Jones, Norkom and open sources research.
- Outstanding Spanish and English reading, speaking and writing skills, in particular excellent report writing skills - objective, well-researched, evidenced, fact based.
- Ability to evaluate complex data sets and large volumes of data.
- Ability to process high volumes of requests on a daily basis.
