Job as RRPP / ANIMADOR in Amazing Beach Club Hostel Ibiza

**Position description**

Interact and socialize with guests during their staying at hostel, addressing all their needs. Colaborate in the prepare all the necessary for the various activities using all supplies and materials provided to the department, and provide activities trying to involve guests in them according to their typology and various needs. Colaborate with the rrpp manager proposing new ideas to improve the product and supporting the front desk and director management in advertising all on the events revenue services to the guests.

**Position requirements**
- Studying Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.
- Computer Skills.
- Guest attitude, Public Relations, and Communication.
- Good Organisation skills, problem solving.
- Fluent English
