**EU Digital Retail Analyst**

We are the EMEA Digital Retail Strategy team, within Global Go-To-Market Advanced Analytics Organization. Our mission is to maximize HP Retail’s online business and sales.

Supports the EMEA Omnichannel business with daily analytics needs. Works on complex problems where analysis data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and data quality checks. Validates findings using an experimental and iterative approach. Presents back the analysis to the business by exposing the validation work in a way that can be easily understood by business counterparts. Demonstrates business focus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to quickly identify data sets to be transformed into actionable insights. Has excellent communications skills to report back the outcome of the work in a clear and structured manner. Crucial to be a strong team player partnering with other teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages and collects data requirements, prepare & prioritize plans to address stakeholder needs and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied datasets. Deals with large size of data, big data, and ensures that data that is accurate and reliable.
- Selects key information and conclusions to develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for optimizing business and sales performance.
- Consults with business leaders on a wide range of issues related to the strategy formulation process and related projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in business analytics, digital analytics, or business strategy.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing/Business/Economics/Statistics is preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of **Excel, SQL, PowerPoint.**:

- Basic knowledge of **Python.**:

- Experience in data visualization tools such as **PowerBI.**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including presentation and influence), and strong relationship management skills (including partnering and consulting).
- Good project management skills, including project structuring.
- Fluency in English (any other EMEA language is a plus).
- Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to project objectives.
- Experience with** R** would be a great plus.
- Knowledge of** Databricks** would be a plus.
- Knowledge of **online advertising** would be beneficial.
