Job description

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a Business Analyst/PM Retail in Barcelona (hybrid mode), for one of our main partners of the food & beverages industry. Start your new adventure in an international and agile environment by identifying opportunities for improvement at the technical, functional, and organizational levels and proactively care for quality of the projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Exposure to both IT and Business.
Develop and realize product roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features.
Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.
Consult & advise stakeholders on best practices and solutions to influence the success of potential projects.
Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value.
Participate in the ecommerce delivery.
Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the roadmap that satisfies the business need.
Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

More than 4 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst, including experience in Project Management.
Experience with IT retail infrastructure/devices.
Experience with IS sec, data privacy.
Experience with retail technology.
Experience with vendor management and contracting.
Agile knowledge.
Client-facing communication skills.
English fluency is a must. Any other language would be considered a plus.

Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
