**MISSION**:

- We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our team and manage our immersive XR projects. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining the company's processes, as well as organizing tools, operations, and the overall structure of the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.**FUNCTIONS**:

- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies that can improve project management, collaboration, and communication.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and make sure that processes and tasks of each member of the team are executed in an efficient manner.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, and ensure that they are met within the agreed-upon parameters.
- Ensure that project resources are allocated appropriately, and that any resource constraints are identified and addressed early on
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project deliverables are met, and that there is effective communication between team members.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and customers, keep them updated about the project progress and development.
- Ensure that projects are compliant with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Develop standards on project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Search external collaborators and partnerships when required throughout the project.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge and a deep understanding of digital processes and at least 7 years of working experience on manager level in digital environment (preferred in a startup ecosystem).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the immersive XR industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Experience managing projects with agile and lean methodologies.
- Experience leading team building exercises and group dynamics is appreciated.
