**La oportunidad**

**Order Analyst Internship**:
El analista de gestión de pedidos dará soporte a la gestión desde el inicio hasta el final del proceso de pedidos de acuerdo con las directrices y políticas de la empresa, al tiempo que contribuye a una experiência óptima para el cliente. Construir relaciones efectivas con las funciones de la red de ventas, logística, distribución y otras funciones para garantizar una correcta resolución conforme a los estándares requeridos.

**Las principales responsabilidades incluyen**:

- Soporte y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con la cadena de suministro y ventas.
- Gestionar y procesar pedidos de inicio a fin, incluida la gestión de pedidos abiertos y priorización, incluida la gestión de devoluciones de productos.
- Administración, seguimiento y resolución de disputas y escalando a afiliados locales cuando sea necesario.
- Ejecución de métricas de operación y reporte de SLA
- Servir de enlace con los contactos internos, incluyendo ventas y marketing, logística, planificación, distribución y otras funciones.
- Servir de enlace con clientes externos según corresponda para resolución de manera efectiva.
- Proponer e implementar la estandarización de los procesos de servicio al cliente.
- Gestión de informes de gestión de pedidos diarios, semanales y mensuales.
- Revisar todos los controles empresariales y SOX.
- Apoyar proyectos de mejora empresarial.
- Actualización de documentación de procesos relevantes.
- Cumplir con las medidas de rendimiento, KPI y procesos establecidos en los objetivos acordados.
- Realizar funciones diarias de cuentas a cobrar dentro de los estándares de procesos definidos, trabajando con equipos internos y subcontratados.
- Aportar buenas prácticas en proyectos globales y desarrollar sugerencias de mejora.
- Apoyar al responsable de gestión de pedidos en el desarrollo y revisión de resultados de desempeño para los procesos de Gestión de Pedidos en la región.
- Garantizar la integridad de los controles internos, en colaboración con el equipo de cumplimiento.

**Requisitos mínimos**
- Estudios mínimos en administración, finanzas o similar (FP, Grado, etc.)
- Inglés nível intermedio-alto.
- Conocimiento en paquete office (Excel avanzado).
- Se valorará experiência en funciones administrativas o entorno similar.
- Conocimiento y comprensión de los procesos de pedidos y contabilidad generales.
- Capacidad para interactuar con stakeholders internos y externos en varios níveles.
- Proactividad e iniciativa. Habilidad para propensión a la mejora continua.
- Alta capacidad de aprendizaje.
- Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas a jornada completa.
- Imprescindible firmar convenio de prácticas con escuela o universidad.”
