Nuestro cliente, importante grupo industrial nacional, con filiales a nível internacional, busca completar su equipo de gestión con la figura de un:
**FINANCIAL MANAGER (CONTABILIDAD Y CONTROLLING)**
**(con experiência en entornos industriales)**

**MISION DEL PUESTO**: En dependencia de la Dirección General y Financiera del Grupo, la persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de desarrollar y coordinar las tareas relacionadas con el control interno de la gestión económica y financiera de la matriz y de las diversas filiales a nível internacional.

**EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y FUNCIONES A REALIZAR**:
Con un equipo a su cargo, entre sus **FUNCIONES **principales destacamos las siguientes:

- Supervisión de la contabilidad financiera y analítica, Cuentas Anuales y cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales. Implantación de procedimientos de control interno siendo el contacto clave con auditores, abogados y organismos públicos.
- Coordinación y elaboración del Plan Estratégico, presupuestos anuales, trimestrales y mensuales, análisis de desviaciones. Control de las variaciones en costes de producción, operaciones y gastos de explotación.
- Elaboración del Rolling Forecast en Cuenta de Resultados y Balance (Previsiones de ventas, stocks y producción)
- Seguimiento del Cuadro de Mando Integral donde se analizan los principales KPI´s del negocio.
- Análisis de inversiones industriales y planes de financiación.
- Gestión de la Tesorería del Grupo, previsiones de Cash Flow a corto, medio y largo plazo.
- Optimización de la gestión del circulante (pagos y cobros, y gestión de stock).
- Preparación y presentación de las Cuentas Anuales e informes de gestión a la Dirección General, Consejo y Comités de Dirección, aportando información necesaria para la gestión del grupo, e implantando las políticas adecuadas para ello.
- Control y supervisión de la información financiera que suministran las **filiales del grupo.**
- Miembro activo del Comité de Dirección participando en los proyectos y contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones de negocio.
- Desarrollo y motivación del equipo a su cargo.

**PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO**:
Buscamos un Licenciado en Ciencias Empresariales o Económicas, valorándose una formación de postgrado y con al menos **cuatro años de experiência** **profesional** como Responsable Financiero, teniendo a su cargo el control financiero de varias filiales a nível internacional.

**Imprescindible aportar experiência en el sector industrial**

La persona aportará unos sólidos conocimientos en las áreas de contabilidad y control de gestión, tesorería y fiscalidad. Se valorará la experiência previa en el área de auditoría.

Visión de negocio y habituado al análisis de ventas, costes de fabricación y gastos de explotación, así como en la elaboración de informes de Resultados y Balance coordinando las áreas de forecasting y reporting tanto a nível nacional como internacional.

Buscamos también a un usuario avanzado del Paquete Office (sobre todo Excel) y de algún ERP de gestión.

Para esta posición se requiere **disponibilidad para viajar a nível internacional**.
