**Tus responsabilidades incluirán**:

- Diseño y optimización de instalaciones de proceso.
- Participación en resolución de fallos complejos (root cause analysis).
- Asegurar la implementación de requerimientos corporativos en el desarrollo de los proyectos asignados.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la gestión de proyectos basado en procedimiento general de inversiones, liderando los recursos asignados por los diferentes departamentos.
- Supervisión y coordinación de servicios realizados por compañías externas.
- Asegurar que la generación y ejecución de protocolos de cualificación de instalaciones están alineados con los estándares corporativos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las fechas de re-cualificación de instalaciones según definido en el VMP.
- Organizar la formación del personal a su cargo.
- Velar por la seguridad de las personas y de los procesos. Orden y limpieza
- Velar por la calidad de los productos y el proceso aséptico en el área de producción. Seguimiento de las incidencias
- Realización de investigaciones de desviaciones y cierre de CAPAs
- Propuesta de mejora de instalaciones y de procedimientos de trabajo.
- Colaboración estrecha con el Director de Planta.
- Colaboración con los otros departamentos. Establecer una buena comunicación interna y externa.
- Mantener sus conocimientos al día, tanto técnicos como de aspectos legales en medio ambiente, laboral, higiene y seguridad.
- Su presencia en las instalaciones de la planta debe ser significativa
- Debe colaborar en el papel que le sea asignado en el plan de Emergencia de la Planta.
- Debe conocer los riesgos laborales y las medidas preventivas aplicables en su área de responsabilidad.

**¿Qué debes aportar al puesto?**
Ingeniería industrial o química.
Español e inglés fluidos
Experiência demostrada en gestión de proyectos similares en el sector farmacéutico. Buen conocimiento de GMPs, ATEX.
Idealmente experiência con procesos asépticos/estéril.
