Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Tenerife as an Operations Agent for our Groups and Tours department. You will be responsible for organising big group events for all different agencies wanting a taste of our fantastic Islands.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Organise Itineraries for groups and tours to see the best of what we have to offer.
- Maintain continuous communication with all our suppliers both internal and external.
- Solving daily operational incidents to guarantee efficiency through all the departments involved.
- Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
- Whenever required, coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
- Experience in the leisure and tourism industry - ideally in a booking admin position is desirable.
- Able to work in a flexible manner
- Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills
- A collaborative and great team player
