Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in **Palma de Mallorca** as an Operations Agent. You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive all the guests’ requests.
- Oversees and manage operational incidents and reviewing that there is no impact in the operation delivery.
- Maintain continuous communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services including excursions and/or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.
- Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
- Whenever required, coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
- Great organizational skills and ability work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the leisure and tourism industry - ideally in a booking admin position is desirable.
- Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
- Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills
- A collaborative and great team player
