Babel Profiles is a multilingual boutique recruitment agency that uses its unique and personalized approach to connect jobs to people. Your future office is in the heart of Barcelona, in one of the most vibrant and international districts.

You will get to know every step of the recruitment process during our onboarding program & you will be able to do the whole recruitment process by yourself

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, open-minded, enthusiastic, and who is ready to join our Babel team.

Tasks
- Writing and placing job advertisements on various job portals and social media
- Managing and conducting different types of interviews in Spanish & English
- Being able to manage the entire recruitment process and onboarding
- Working with your colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
- Sales-oriented attitude, able to work with targets
- Interest in the Human Resource field
