**Your work-life opportunity**:
We are looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Live Operations Analytics department in our headquarters in Barcelona. You will act and operate as a startup within a startup, providing both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help building excellence in Operations with focus into one specific region

**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the different teams- Contribute to the business discussion by suggesting different and novel analysis approaches- Translate business queries into quantified & insightful reporting and KPIs to assess performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented initiatives- Ensure scalability of the reporting- Own creation and structure of Live Operations KPIs, ensure they are properly implemented in the DDBB- Define and design dashboards to give visibility to the top-management of the Live Operations performance- Follow a data-driven decision-making process- Report to the Operations Analytics Manager

**You have**:

- Bachelor in Engineering, Maths/Physics
- 1-2 years of experience working on analytics in a similar/relevant industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with clean & optimized SQL, querying mid to large volumes of data
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Python is a plus
- Good understanding of how to extract insights from Data Warehouses
- Ability to summarize and represent data (e.g descriptive statistics and graphs)
- Ability to create robust, insightful, and story-telling visualizations using modern BI & Analytics tools and ability to identify data Issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
- Itchy feet and continuous thrive on learning through different projects
- Professional English
