FOSSA Systems is a Spanish space engineering company dedicated to the manufacture of satellites to provide cost-effective and secure IoT solutions to companies with assets in remote areas.

**What do we do?**

FOSSA has verticalized the manufacturing process of satellites, space operations and ground segment services, with an operations and production centre in Madrid together with a global network of satellites in orbit and satellite control stations.

FOSSA is combining technological miniaturization with mass production techniques to launch a network of 80 of these satellites in orbit. FOSSA launches a higher number of distributed satellite constellations at a fraction of the cost of a traditional single satellite. Lower satellite costs and shorter development times allow the use of more cutting-edge technology which is competitive with existing solutions.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an administrative accountant to join the Business area. He/she will be in charge of managing the administration and finance area, being the liaison with the external advisor and reporting directly to the company's management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, management and accounting of the company's supplier invoices
- Management and procedures with the public administration
- Procurement of office supplies
- Implement improvements, circuits and policies in internal processes
- Ensuring compliance with current legal requirements
- Expense control
- Office administrative tasks

**Profile requirements**:

- Professional or university training in Administration and Business Administration or similar
- At least two years of previous experience performing tasks similar to those described above
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced level of excel
- Full professional competence in English

**Nice to have**:

- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of various public administration portals and procedures
