P0 Quality Engineer

Your Mission:
- Customer interface for Quality matters in for the assigned P0 projects in the Product Group / Site- Monitor and Control the conformity on Modifications process

Your responsibilities:
- Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix- Ensure CIP is respected and especially Build In Quality Standards : SPPC tracking sheet is used - SPPC identification procedure is respected - SPPC transfer to Supplier thru the VRFs- Verify LLCs have been used and respected- Update the quality documents following a product / process related change- Verify with Purchasing the progress of Suppliers vs. project time-line and collect suppliers encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers- Participate to Design review including suppliers design review- Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts on Valeo sites, to support Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality Rasic- For P0 Major - Prepare PVC ensuring readiness of all the deliverables required by the PVC. Make sure that for each items requiring a decision from the PVC all the data needed are available- For P0 Minor - prepare change management committee ensuring readiness of all the deliverables required by the committee- Participate to the pre-FDPR and FDPR - collect encountered issues and open corresponding Project QRQCs- Prepare the internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager prior presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign off- Participate to the project QRQC and complete the assignments out of QRQC meeting on time- Collect all the issues on a weekly basis to build the single list of issues- Update the project quality tracking charts : Convergence graph - Along the Project QRQC meeting ensure that rules are respected and Stop at first disagree and Stop at first no are applied- Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and / or after test results- Initiate QRQCs in the case of DV or PV test failures

Required skills and experience:
- Engineer degree- 2 years in Quality (Warranty, APU)- Good level of English and spanish
