**We are looking for a new colleague in our Production Friction Materials Group team for our site in Alfaro (La Rioja).**

**What you can look forward to as Lean Promotion Officer (M/F/d)**:

- Promote Lean culture & philosophy within organization
- Deploy ZFPS
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct workshops and training as required
- Drive continuous improvement through kaizen initiatives
- Drive plant wide initiatives (5S, TPM, etc )
- Act as a change leader

**Your profile as Lean Promotion Officer (M/F/d)**:

- Industrial Engineering Degree or similiar
- Experience in Lean tools: VSA, SMED, 5S, PROBLEM SOLVING, TPM, etc.
- Experience in PDCA Continuous improvement methodology
- Working experience in Automotive industry
- English proficiency
- Driving licence
