Promote Lean culture & philosophy within organization Deploy ZFPS Identify improvement opportunities Conduct workshops and training as required Drive continuous improvement through kaizen initiatives Drive plant wide initiatives (5S, TPM, etc…) Act as a change leader

Your profile as Lean Promotion Officer (m/f/d)

Industrial Engineering Degree or similiar  Experience in Lean tools VSA, SMED, 5S, PROBLEM SOLVING, TPM, etc. Experience in PDCA Continuous improvement methodology Working experience in Automotive industry English proficiency Driving licence
