We are currently looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor to join the pre-opening team of COYA Barcelona.

**Experience you will need**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in high end hospitality venue.
- Experience with managing and leading a team.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
- Ability to motivate and drive the team.
- Attention to detail with good customer service.
- Extensive wine knowledge.
- A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and long shifts.
- Good command and understanding of English and Spanish with the ability to communicate confidently.
