The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management in supporting HR processes globally. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment assistance, and employment law compliance for some, or all, of Infinity Global employees located in the United States, Europe (The Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain), Asia (Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Vietnam)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain payroll systems; new hire enrollment changes, and terminations; benefits administration and other payroll processing tasks, as needed.
- Serve as daily point of contact for European employees, liaison with HQ HR on personnel matters.
- Maintain confidential employee files.
- Draft labor contracts; monitor renewal deadlines; draft renewal/expiration notices; and coordinate with managers to ensure a timely renewal process for compliance purposes.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for all new employees globally; manage new hire paperwork; draft personnel announcements; and conduct new hire orientation.
- Monitor employee performance evaluations and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain the human resource information system (HRIS); compile reports from the database and provide HR data and reports to other departments, as needed; troubleshoot system issues.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and benefits laws and regulations for various office locations under supervisor of the HR Director
- Coordinate and administer employee appreciation programs and other engagement efforts.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the HR Director for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars, as needed.
- Manage facilities for the office locations and oversee leases renewals, vendor and maintenance management.
- Perform general administrative duties on occasion, such as travel coordination, expense reports, customer meeting preparation, etc.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, recruitment and/or other HR duties
- Fluency in English and Spanish are required; Fluency in other languages is preferred, French would be a plus.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all tasks; experience managing confidential information is required.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience.
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop rapport, trust, and positive working relationships with all employees.
- Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up.
- Analyze and problem-solve effectively and efficiently.
- Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
