**YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA**:
As the Team Lead Acquisition at Circula, you will spearhead our acquisition efforts across Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. In this role, you will lead a team of marketing professionals and be responsible for defining and executing our global acquisition strategy, leveraging both paid and organic channels to drive growth and achieve key performance metrics in our target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- **
Develop and execute the global acquisition strategy** for all markets, focusing on scaling demand and achieving profitability targets.
- ** Oversee the execution of Performance Marketing and SEO strategies**, collaborating with your team to optimize performance and drive results.
- ** Coordinate with the Regional Marketing team to execute Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, and ABM campaigns** in alignment with overall acquisition objectives.
- ** Lead and mentor the Performance Marketing and SEO Managers**, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- ** Deliver regular reports to the VP Marketing and CEO** on the performance of acquisition activities, including budget management and key metrics.
- ** Own the Growth playbook**, setting targets, managing the budget, and implementing tests to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance.
**YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, with a focus on managing either Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO or other paid acquisition channels, preferably in the SaaS or FinTech sector.
- Previous experience managing and mentoring performance marketing teams
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, coordination, and prioritization, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (C1), with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
