Bill of Materials Manager

**Position**:

We are looking for a **Bill of Materials Manager** to join our Data Management area, based in Getafe (Madrid). Our new Bill of Materials Manager will be responsible to assure the Company and Vendor's needs are met on the according time and with the corresponding quality.
Key Functions of the role
- Assure each product has the most Accurate Information on each moment of Development & Production.
- Assure the information of each Style is aligned to its corresponding Shape on the corresponding Project and Season. (Keep the essence of the shape in terms of information).
- Meet the different deadline Objectives in terms of information deliveries, stablished by each Project, in both Development & Industrial Environments
- Assure the information is shared with both external and internal clients in both Development and Industrial environment on the corresponding timming.
- KPI's reports
Departments contact:
Closely with Project Managers, Raw Mats. Modelists, Cutting Center, Industrialization, and Product Compliance. Also, it will have contact with Purchasing dpt, Industrial planning, among others. Product, Supply Chain
**Profile**:
What is important for the role
- Bachellor's degree on Bussiness Administración or related.
- Mínimum of 5 years of experience in a similar/relevant rol and managing a team.
- Involved in developing and creating Bill of Materials
- Technical knowledge of product structure and processes.
- Experience in handling different proyects at the same time with different timelines and deadlines.
- Team Player. Works well on projects on their own as well as with a team.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, communication skills,
- Strong analytical skills.
- Capable of analyzing different situations and establishing priorioties.
- Strong work ethic. and a commitment to excellence.
- English level: Bilingual or C1 & Spanish fluent
- Power BI or Advanced Excel
