**This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or from the comfort of your couch Native or bilingual level in French is required and fluency in English as well.**

**YOUR MISSION**:
As the Student Success Manager for our coaching school,** you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction, engagement, and success of our students.**

Your primary focus will be on providing support and guidance to **enhance the student experience**, while fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment within our community platform.

**YOUR 5 MAIN MISSIONS**:
**1- Streamline Onboarding**:

- Craft an onboarding process that's not just welcoming but also ensuring students know what it takes to succeed here.
- Keep refining the process based on real student feedback and the latest in educational best practices.

**2- Proactive Student Support**:

- Be the go-to person for students facing issues, providing solutions that enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with our trainers, customer support and other team members to ensure students always have access to necessary resources and support services.
- Regularly collect student feedback, looking for actionable insights to improve their experience.
- Use that feedback to make real changes tha
