At Factorial we're looking for a** Head of Culture **to help us boost the company to the next level.

**What will you be doing?**

**The Role**

We are looking for a **Head of Culture** who has had experience within a Culture team in hyper-growth companies, managing the culture of offices in different locations both in remote and onsite mode.

Your functions will be the following:

- Implement a global culture strategy in all Factorial offices and work modalities.
- Lead People initiatives and programs that showcase and cultivate our values & culture by embedding Factorial mission and values into all aspects of the employee experience.
- Lead the culture surveys implementation & action planning, and follows up on their impact.
- Develop and execute a content plan that adds value and deepens Factorial people's understanding of our purpose and our business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the People team, Culture work teams, and managers to implement a cohesive culture aligned with company values, mission & vision.
- Create and manage internal communication strategies and communication plans to support and disseminate cultural initiatives.
- Provide Organizational Culture advice and guidance to key stakeholders.
- Organize and plan events and activities for employees to internalize Factorial's culture.
- Assumes ownership of cultural initiatives

**Your Profile**
- A high level of Spanish & English and strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- You have worked in hyper-growth companies in a Culture team.
- Experience in start-ups.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of organizational culture.
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership and public speaking skills.

- Speak a language other than English and Spanish.
- Have experience in other areas of HR.
- Strategic thinking around marketing and employer branding.
