**Job Title**: _Head of Talent & Culture SE_

**Location**: Support Office Milan, Barcelona, Bochum, Madrid or Lisboa

**Reports to**: People Director Southern Europe

**Directs Reports**: People Development Team

Odeon Cinemas Group & UCI/CINESA is the most important European cinema circuit, present in Italy, Germany, Spain&Portugal with over 100 multiplexes. Since 2016 it has been part of the AMC Entertainment Holding and present in the world with 11,000 screens. **Job Purpose**:
Lead the people culture and development strategy implementation for the SE territory (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Germany). Working across the full colleague journey, delivering an inclusive culture that supports the attraction, development and progression of talent across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and continually improve our people culture, talent and succession policies, tools, processes and toolkits to support the business and enable Managers to support their teams.
- Lead the development of talent programs that support development and growth and enable colleagues to build their future, particularly in operations.
- Lead and align Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management, L&D and DE&I areas to drive our people ‘s incredible journey.
- In line with the OCG Group People & Talent strategy, develop programs across the key points of the colleague journey.
- Boost leadership, external insight and best practice to all interventions that drive a truly inclusive people culture.
- Interpret strategic and operational plans, translating them into capability and talent requirements and leading the plans to deliver them for our Operations Leadership colleagues and HQ functional leads.
- Analyse talent, development and engagement to drive best practices, proactively tackle challenges and make data driven business decisions that drive our people culture.
- Lead the SE DE&I strategy, aligning this with our Incredible Differences commitments and the OCG DE&I strategy, and creating an inclusive culture across the colleague journey.
- Manage the PDT budget and ensure to optimise resources.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years experience as an HR generalist or in development areas.
- Fluent in English and one language of our South Europe Area Spanish, Portuguese, German or Italian.
- Master´s degree desirable; Management, economics, or psychology background.
- Multi-country or multi-function experience.
- Matrix management experience.
- Ability to interpret business strategy and operational plans and translate them into action orientated plans, to deliver on group wide strategy, and support full OCG people strategy implementation.
- An understanding of how to build organizational capability through effective talent acquisition and management, succession planning and L&D.
- Strong leadership, influencing, communication and engagement skills, highly collaborative, throughout SE. Highly organized.
- Solution focused with a desire and ability to innovate, be creative and conceptual. Agile and flexible approach to working and delivering projects and outcomes. A curiosity and passion to bring both internal and external insights and ideas to drive an inclusive culture.
