Máster o grado de desarrollo de videojuegos.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência como ASSISTANT PRODUCER, PRODUCER o PROJECT MANAGER.
- Haber participado en el desarrollo de al menos un juego (preferiblemente para PC/Consola).
- Conocimiento de los procesos que forman parte del desarrollo de un videojuego y de los equipos involucrados en el mismo.
- Excelentes dotes comunicativas.
- Excelente organización interpersonal.
- Español e inglés fluido, tanto oral como escrito (nível mínimo: B2).

**Desired requirements**:

- Experiência en posiciones de gestión de procesos artísticos o conocimientos técnicos equivalentes (Modelado 3D y texturizado, Rig y Animación, VFX, exportación e Integración de assets, re-iteración de assets en el flujo, etc.).
- Haber participado como Assistant/Associate Producer en un título desde su concepción hasta su lanzamiento.
- Conocimiento de los procesos de desarrollo y certificación para consolas.
- Experiência con metodologías ágiles (waterfall, agile) y herramientas de project management (JIRA, Confluence).

**Duties**:
La persona que ocupe el rol de ASSISTANT PRODUCER ayudará a los distintos departamentos que componen el equipo de desarrollo a que puedan realizar su trabajo con fluidez, cumpliendo los estándares de calidad y tiempos estimados, enfocándose a obtener los mejores resultados posibles.
- Desglose de Game Features en partes más fácilmente asignables y traceables.
- Mantenimiento de la visión trasladada por el LEAD PRODUCER durante todo el desarrollo.
- Ejecución de los planes de producción desarrollados por el LEAD PRODUCER.
- Establecimiento de planificaciones a bajo nível.
- Seguimiento y coordinación de tareas.
- Seguimiento y coordinación de assets.
- Identificación de dependencias y cuellos de botella, y propuesta de acciones para reducir y/o eliminar posibles repercusiones en el proyecto.
- Identificación de riesgos y propuesta de soluciones.
- Planteamiento y mejora de Pipelines.
- Gestión de información: mantener al equipo informado y actualizado de todos los cambios que se realicen durante el desarrollo de forma constante y rápida.
- Gestión humana: motivar y ayudar al equipo a mantener la motivación durante el proyecto, así como aportar soluciones y participar activamente durante la resolución de conflictos y a la hora de proponer y mantener medidas que contribuyan a mejorar el ambiente de trabajo durante el desarrollo.
