**About the job**

As a Data Engineering Professional, you will be working within the Digital Customer Experience team, reporting directly to the Digital Customer Experience Manager. You will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making processes, optimize business operations, and drive innovation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Digital Solutions, Data Platform, and IT Vendors to identify opportunities to design and implement advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you will communicate findings to stakeholders (E.g., Digital Solutions Data Scientists, Data Platform Engineers) to understand needs, specify demands and identify improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will develop and execute data analytics strategies that align with the objectives of each product team, leveraging the full potential of data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data sets
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business performance
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and automating data collection processes, data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings
- Drive the end-to-end data analytics lifecycle for multiple projects, including data collection, preprocessing, exploratory analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education and Skills**
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or similar
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and familiarity with data manipulation and visualization libraries
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Few years of relevant professional experience
