**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como Líder Data Hub T&O, tu objetivo será dentro de la plataforma de OneFCC (Financial Crime & Compliance), en el vertical de Trasaction Monitoring coordinar todas las evoluciones / personalizaciones de los distintos proyectos (+10 países) y garantizando que los requerimientos no van en contra de la filosofía del producto. Así mismo deberás priorizar estos desarrollos, identificar eficiencias entre los mismos y coordinar con la línea base de desarrollo y las dependencias con otros sistemas.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Dar soporte técnico en las tareas de toma de requerimientos originados por las necesidades propias del Product Owner DH, de las unidades locales y de los distintos componentes del ecosistema.
- Coordinación con los distintos equipos de desarrollo del DH.
- Gestión del backlog (priorización del desarrollo y resolución de bugs).
- Soporte a la interlocución con distintos Functional Blocks (Integration Layer, SARM, TM, Screening, KYC).
- Liderar las tareas de pruebas unitarias de los nuevos desarrollos para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las evoluciones de producto.
- Soporte a la UAT, tanto Global como Local
- Soporte a la subsanación de las incidencias productivas.

EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência en proyectos de implantación en el Grupo Santander (mínimo 5 años)
- Experiência en proyectos Agile.
- Capacidad de gestión y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
- Experiência de gestión con factorías y proveedores externos.

EDUCACIÓN
- Formación Técnica (Matemáticas, ingeniería informática, telecomunicaciones )

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Conocimientos en las Tecnologías
- APIs
- Bases de Datos (Oracle, SQL Server )
- Conceptos Cloud Computing (PaaS, IaaS, Openshift, microservicios)
- Confluent Kafka (recomendable)
- Databricks, Snowflake, Python
- Nível medio/alto inglés (B1/C1)
