**FUNCTIONS**: The role of Recruitment Manager, will develop deep partnerships with direct reports, business stakeholders and within the people Team. Business acumen, passion for recruiting and a genuine commitment for optimising processes are core skills needed for this position. Your main functions: - Leading, developing and coaching a team of Recruiters, to nurture a structured and inclusive culture within both your own team and across different recruitment teams, regionally based - Partnering with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to assess their talent needs against their growth plans - Creating recruitment strategies outlining to the business and your team a plan and measurement points - Owning every aspect of your team’s performance, and being responsible for driving continuous improvements. - Regularly reporting on KPIs whilst improving processes based on data insights and feedback received. - Working cross-functionally with various stakeholders in the business and People team, global and regional level Your Experience: - More than 10 years of experience as a people manager in Talent Acquisition. - Success factors/ SAP recruitment experience will be highly desired - Employee branding agenda and broader vision within Recruitment strategy - Fluency in English - Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs and reporting. - Broader experience in hiring roles as Engineering, Electronics Manufacturing or Operations What we offer: - A dynamic, multinational environment and fast-paced environment where inclusion and collaboration are important - An opportunity to grow and expand business by hiring top talent. - The chance to accelerate your career, working internationally with more than 45 countries.
