**Description**:
We are currently seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Video Content Intern. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for ideating and creating engaging videos for TikTok and Reels to enhance our social media presence.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm video content ideas and concepts for TikTok and Reels.
- Develop and execute creative video concepts that align with our brand's tone and messaging.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using various tools and software.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms and meet their specific requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video content creation for social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of videos to identify areas for improvement and audience engagement.

**Background / experience**:

- Passion for social media and a strong understanding of TikTok and Reels.
- Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and production. Managing voiceovers and subtitles is necessary.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creativity and the ability to come up with innovative and attention-grabbing video concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the social media team.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to derive insights from video performance metrics.

**About us**:
SAYE is a young vegan sneaker brand born in Barcelona. Thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign we produced our first 5.000 sneakers and became the most funded spanish fashion company in Kickstarter history. Five years later, we’ve sold more than 200.000 sneakers to more than 120 countries and planted more than 300.000 trees worldwide.

Our goal is to create timeless sneakers while continuing to:

- Ease the change towards a more environmentally conscious lifestyle through our vegan & sustainable sneakers.
- Lead the way with fair working conditions, producing only in certified factories.
- Work against deforestation and empower local communities, planting 2 trees for each sale of sneakers.

- We are 22 team members and more than the half of them are both women and in command positions.
- Our team is very young. The current average age is 27 years old.
- More than a third were born outside of Spain. 8 different countries are represented within 3 diverse continents.
