Job description

PRONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the bridal industry, is seeking an intern Social Media & Web Content to join our Digital Marketing Team at our Barcelona headquarters.

**About the role**:
**As part of the Pronovias Group Social Media team**:
Assist in managing the monthly content calendar for a brand within our portfolio across all social media platforms.

Help create and publish engaging content on a daily basis using scheduling tools across different social media platforms.

Aid in tracking the progress of key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate on action plans to achieve ambitious targets.

Contribute to maintaining and safeguarding the brand's equity, image, and tone of voice on social media.

Support the planning and execution of relevant and viral content creation for social media, including participation in photoshoots and other ad hoc content productions.

Collaborate with regional hubs and other stakeholders to assist in planning and developing creative and engaging social media strategies. These strategies aim to enhance brand awareness, provide customer support, and elevate the profiles of our designers.

Participate in the coordination of social media plans for partnerships with other brands, licenses, or collaborations.

Assist in managing the budget allocated for paid boosting activities for the brand you are working with.

Show a strong desire to learn from competitors and industry players to stay informed about the latest trends and developments.

Collaborate effectively with team members, showcasing your creativity, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and fluency in English. Additionally, familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools will be beneficial.

Digital Web Specialist Tasks (Global vision of the content together with the Social Media Tasks):
Provide support and contribute to the ownership of web content and performance for the brand you are assigned to.

Assist in managing the global digital merchandising calendar for the specified brands.

Contribute to the online activation of products on websites, including product handling and eMerchandising.

Participate in coordinating 360-degree content across various digital platforms based on the content calendar.

Contribute to the overall web activation and assume partial ownership of the brand's web presence and performance.

Collaborate on strategies to optimize content and web performance for enhanced user experience and engagement.

**Requirements**:
Skills in finding and leading the communication projects with Partners.

Proficient/Advanced level of English and Spanish. The knowledge of other. languages is considered an advantage.

Excellent communication and writting skills.

Ability to use and understand a CMS - Magento (nice to have) and web analytics tools.

Ability to use Graphics and Video Edit Platforms (Adobe Creative Suite).

Organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and follow-up abilities.

Effective oral & written communication and presentation skills to persuade decision makers.
