**️As a Product Marketing Manager, you will**:

- **Discovery**
- **Increase our understanding of the market**, which includes knowing our target audiences, understanding their needs and wants, having a clear point-of-view of what will catch and keep their attention, and feeding the Product team with these insights to influence our Product strategy & roadmap through well-define market requirements.
- **Constantly gather and structure insights into our partners’ usage** (through discussions with AM teams, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and product data) to understand where we’re doing good, where we need to improve and to ensure we build solutions designed to meet our users’ needs.
- **Conduct competitive analysis **to provide the product team with creative ideas for new features dedicated to acquire new partners or increase loyalty.
- **Go-to-market strategy -** Define, plan and orchestrate the go-to-market strategy for new features launches, working alongside B2B Product Managers and aligning with cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Strat Partnerships, CRM, Brand ) in order to achieve smooth and impactful launches that will boost user adoption.
- **Product storytelling - Develop positioning and messaging for our B2B product**, that resonates strongly with our target audiences.
- **Sales enablement** - Oversee the creation of impactful narratives and marketing materials to onboard our client-facing teams and support them in spreading our Product story to our users
- **Measure**
- Establish KPIs and metrics to follow-up GTM performance, measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Continuously iterate and refine copy to improve the user experience and drive user adoption.

**About you**:

- **Excellent communication skills and presentation skills**:

- **Analytical skills** - ability to analyze, interpret and leverage data to identify new business opportunities and define new KPIs to measure and report success
- **Problem solving skills**:

- **Adaptability** and willingness to handle complexity and evolve in a fast-paced environment by yourself and take impactful initiatives
- **Execution**: you are reliable and efficient, know how to organize yourself and to carry out complex projects.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French (If you speak Spanish or Italian, it’s even better)
