Me encuentro en búsqueda de un Compliance Associate para reportar al Compliance Manager en una empresa muy importante multinacional de private equity en el centro de Madrid.
Funciones:
- Asistir al Manager en la presentación de informes periódicos internos y reglamentarios (incluidos los informes al órgano rector de AIFM y de los fondos bajo gestión)
- Asistir al equipo de Compliance en la actualización de políticas y procedimientos, Incorporación de nuevos miembros, notificaciones/informes reglamentarios ad-hoc, evaluación de cumplimiento de nuevos fondos y relaciones comerciales
- Mantener registros de compliance (registro de conflictos de intereses, registro de quejas, etc.)
- Apoyo con elementos de capacitación del programa de compliance
- Ayudar con y/o realizar auditorías de compliance
- Trabajar con el equipo de Compliance en las diligencias debidas contra AML y KYC relacionadas con transacciones, fondos bajo administración, Patrocinador/es de fondos, delegado/s y distribuidor/es
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura/grado en Derecho o Económicas
- 5 años de experiência en Compliance, preferiblemente en un rol de Asesoría en Compliance dentro de un banco, asset manager, alternative asset manager o regulatory consultant. Sectores: Fondos de inversión, Banca, Big4
- Comprensión de entornos regulatorios como SEC, AIFMD, ESMA
- Nível de inglés oral y escrito C1 alto o C2 (IMPRESCINDIBLE). Idioma Francés es valorable
- Persona proactiva, comprometida y con ganas de aprender
