**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Our Team is growing Would you like to lead this process?
We are looking for a People Manager to take part in the implementation of the overall Talent Management strategy along the entire employee lifecycle in order to atract, develop, engage and retain employees.
We're looking for someone who is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building out processes and programs from the ground up.
**- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure smooth implementation of global processes and policies in area of performance management according to company's values.
- Define the roles and accountabilities per area.
- Identify critical workforce requirements (e.g., skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future business results
- Conduct and analyze employee engagement surveys in order to develop programs and implement changes that will increase employee engagement and work satisfaction.
- Prepare development programs supporting career development progression of employees.
- Prepare the onboarding process of new employees with the hiring manager in order to become fully integrated.
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Direct and coordinate internal communication actions.**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University degree in the area of Human Resources or similar.
- Proven work experience in HR area (at least 2 years).
- Excellent people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Positivity, enthusiasm and a team-player attitude.
- Proactive about suggesting ideas, introducing new formats, and adapting to new platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
- English communication skills.
- **THE CHALLENGE**:
We are a company focused in design, development and market state-of-the-art airborne payloads and sensors for helicopters and drones to perform critical missions in the fields of emergencies and homeland security.
Behind this goal there are more than 30 people working in sales, product management, software development, hardware design, production and field testing in order to build the greatest products to improve the success rate in high critical missions.
