**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

In our team you will be responsible over several **Subcontractors** within satellite Ground Control Segment or Navigation Programmes. In our team you will manage the following functions:

- Programme consortiums organization
- Contractual set up and workplans definition.
- Managerial and programmatic control: schedule, risks, deliverables, compliance, payments, contractual
- Technical control: support the engineering teams in the flow down of technical requirements and technical reviews (design, validation, etc).
- Organization and witnessing of Project reviews and technical meetings, including progress meetings, formal reviews and audits, with the subcontractors under his/her responsibility

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

We are looking for **experts in project management** covering systems and HW and/or SW engineering within space or similar domains with management and leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience.
Experience on **Space Ground Control or Navigation** projects and excellent communication oral and written in English.

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in subcontractor management, knowledge of contractual management and additional languages beyond English.
